Singapore is hot, and will get hotter but it has nothing to do with climate change - Urban Heat Island images show heat spots coinciding with new buildings

Singapore is hot, and will get hotter  but it has nothing to do with climate change. The images above extracted from Yale 's  Global Surface Urban Heat Island (UHI) Explorer    show heat spots coinciding with new buiding
s over a period of  approximately 20 years, between 2003 and 2020. 

These are images of heat islands captured at night, and show where heat has been trapped during the day and radiated at night. Suffice to say that heat is quite likely to be absorbed, or captured  by buildings and other concrete structures.
