A Nepali student is among the more than two hundred hostages held by HAMAS. The Government Of Nepal has a duty to do what it can to rescue him (and other Nepalis if there are any) but their best trained citizen soldiers are likely to be serving in the British Army. However securing their services may be a simple matter of the UK and Nepal entering into an agreement to temporarily transfer command of the required number of Gurkhas to Nepal, and then for Nepal and Israel to enter into an agreement for their deployment in Gaza under terms and conditions that would facilitate a safe and speedy rescue.
