Australians may dislike Singapore's censorship, but Singapore Law Minister K. Shanmugam's cross examination of Facebook's Simon Milner is precisely what is needed in Australia given Facebook's censorship of arguments against The Voice referendum

Former Prime Minister Tony Abbott has accused social media platforms of attempting to censor the case against an Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

Facebook removed ads that were paid for by conservative lobby group Advance Australia.

They encouraged people to vote against the proposed ‘Voice’ which is set to become the subject of a referendum this year.

Abbott has told Sky news that he believes the Albanese government is relying on big tech to censor the ‘No’ case.

Facebook is clearly interfering in local Australian  politics and its activities require immediate investigation.

Australians may dislike Singapore's censorship, but Singapore Law Minister K. Shanmugam's cross examination of Facebook's  Simon Milner is precisely what is needed in Australia given Facebook's censorship of arguments against The Voice referendum.
