Is Foreign Minister Penny Wong's brother James Wong an intermediary between Australia and China, did the connection prevent Penny Wong from criticising China's recent act of war against a RAAF aircraft

Malaysian English daily  The Star has  revealed details of  Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong's Malaysian siblings that  have not been made known to Australians.  Minister Wong has previously only ever spoken of a younger brother. 

Among her seven siblings is James Wong (pictured above) who is a member ofthe Malaysia China Chamber Of Commerce.  The MCCC is likely to be part of the Communist Party China's United Works Front Department 

That is a link that raises a number of questions.Is James Wong an intermediary between Australia and China ? Is that link the reason why Minister Wong has said nothing about the recent aggression by a Chinese fighter jet towards a RAAF plane? Had it been an Australian jet that in any way harassed a Chinese plane China would have considered it an act of war.

Then, was this link the reason why Minister Wong attacked former Defence Minister Peter Dutton when he stated the obvious, that Australia would stand with the United States in the event of conflict between China and the US?
