Tony Tajuddin Fernandes' AAX has sent this letter via email to "Guests".  Readers should be aware that AAX has not been placed under administration or anything similar that would require a court order to permit refunds. In fact, the refusal to refund monies paid for flights that have been cancelled adds to the reasons why  AAX, and Air Asia, ought to be put placed under administration.
