TOP COMMENCES OVERALL ONLINE DELIVERY FOR NEW SEMESTER
This announcement is made by Top Education Group Ltd (the "Company" or "TOP", together with its subsidiary, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.
The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Group's Australian National Institute of Management and Commerce and Top Education Institute (together, the "Institutes") commenced full online delivery of all courses for new semester, i.e. Semester 1, 2020, since 16 March 2020. Partial courses have already under online teaching method at Sydney campus and Hobart campus before this date. The online teaching plan is implemented based on the support from Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (the "TEQSA") as well as relevant statutory and professional accreditation bodies. The overall implementation of online delivery is to assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students and staff in Australia, while to maintain the normal teaching in new semester. During full online delivery period, the Institutes will keep providing high-quality education as usual, and ensure that the students can still enjoy their entitlements.
Benefit from the mature digitised online delivery method of the Institutes, current public health circumstances has no significant impact on the Group's operation, students and staff.

The Group has dedicated to utilising digitised teaching methods to develop online delivery services, and to improving the networked, intelligential and ubiquitous study environment, which can assist the Group in developing a new generation of intelligent campus by using digitised technologies to lead an innovative pattern of education delivery method in Australia. As disclosed in the announcement dated 27 March 2020 regarding the interim results, the student number enrolled in online non-award programs for the six months ended 31 December 2019 increased by 102.0% comparing with the corresponding period in last financial year.
TOP will further assess and decide on whether the Institutes will extend the full online delivery or restore on-campusface-to-face teaching & learning services according to the advice from responsible government authorities regarding public health.
