While Australians are all debating  whether they will or will not  download an app that will help determine if Wuhan/COVID19 carriers are social distancing, in March this year NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian threatened to use Singapore style iPhone tracking technology to enforce self-isolation.

In March this year the SMH reported:
Ms Berejiklian also revealed that NSW was planning to implement mobile phone tracking technology similar to what is used in Singapore to stop the spread of coronavirus. The technology will help authorities monitor where people are when they are meant to be self-isolating.

How and when did Berejiklian obtain the technology she threatened to use? How much did it cost?
